Kunst i Varde
I samarbejde med Varde Kommune ønsker vi at bidrage til at gøre Varde til en kunstby.
Det har været en fælles vision at skabe et unikt udendørs og offentligt tilgængeligt kunstmuseum i Varde bymidte. Et projekt der er fokus på af begge parter.
I dag findes der langt over 100 kunstværker i Varde midtby og i Kunsthaven, hvoraf mere end ¾ er blevet doneret af EDC Poul Erik Bech Fonden siden 2017.

Kunst i landsbyerne
Visionerne rækker også udenfor Vardes bygrænse. I 2020 lancerede vi projektet KUNST I LANDSBYERNE, hvor landsbyer i Varde kommune kan ansøge om at få kunst i deres by.
Flere landsbyer har modtaget værker, og endnu flere vil følge efter.
Et kunstværk der bliver placeret i et mindre samfund, har ikke kun en æstetisk gevinst. Det vil også kunne styrke fællesskabsfølelsen og blive et væsentligt og unikt vartegn for byen.
